How do you handle stress?

if the stress is some kind of like an under pressure thingy, I take deep breath and focus, it's kinda hard for me though, since I'm easily rattled but I try very hard not to. But if the stress is because you're worn out from what your day is, I eat, read a good book or watch a feel-good movie or easy listening tunes then sleep.BWAHAHA. :)

I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows & smiles & everyone would eat & be happy. So ask me. :)
