October is pumpkin season: What's your favorite pumpkin treat?

ugh...erm...pumpkin pie and tart? I used to make one and unfortunately, I now not remember how to make one. Guess I have to browse my mom's worn-out cook...notebook if I want to make one. HAHAHA. :)

I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows & smiles & everyone would eat & be happy. So ask me. :)
